We invite artists to submit to Bending the Arc, a juried affordable art exhibition for which we are seeking artwork (priced at $2500 or less) that explores the complexities of human values—respect, empathy, integrity, and, above all, the courage to stand firm when the status quo falls short of those values. The title comes from an idea referenced by Martin Luther King, Jr., that “the arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice.”
